I'm getting married!!! Aww yeah...<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDy99z_KcEwWW1qbff-WOANixW2oywust9GnCIuk6uQ-H7XxQIH1hTAmoWk7U0bgDYfOLx-R_ku9NnokLBKnuN7Zotl6i-yWfwZWrFzGls8TIayMd_2DSU0sgBY_0FvatrS_W0ylAaxseB/s1600/P1080809.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDy99z_KcEwWW1qbff-WOANixW2oywust9GnCIuk6uQ-H7XxQIH1hTAmoWk7U0bgDYfOLx-R_ku9NnokLBKnuN7Zotl6i-yWfwZWrFzGls8TIayMd_2DSU0sgBY_0FvatrS_W0ylAaxseB/s320/P1080809.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453962237927306050" border="0" /></a><br />I know, I know, it's a miracle. Not the getting engaged part.... I'm pretty sure everyone saw that coming. No, I'm talking about the fact that I blogged, of course! Well I decided that this is a pretty monumental event in my life and that I should probably blog about it. And maybe this way I can save myself telling the story a few times... It's already getting pretty old. But that's okay, it's totally worth it!!<br />Okay so here goes. Well first off, I totally knew that he was going to propose. I knew he had the ring, and I had been pestering him about it for days. I just wanted to finally get engaged! I kept telling him just to do it! So when he told me to come over to his house before the sun went down, I knew it was finally gonna happen. And I was stoked. So I drove over and we had about 30-45 minutes of sunlight left. So we drove to the American Fork amphitheater, where we want to have our reception, and walked around. I knew he had the ring in his pocket. So we walked around and talked about how we wanted the reception to look and what not. There are some stone pathways on the east side of the grassy area and we walked to the end of one and just stood there and hugged and talked. Then Quinn said something like "I brought something for you," and I said "Oh, yeah?" and he said "Yeah, something shiny..." and I laughed. Then he kinda moved me so I was standing in front of him while saying "Okay, you stand here..." and was about to kneel down, but then I kinda freaked. I was so excited and kinda shocked (even though I knew it was coming) and even nervous for some reason, so I was like "No, wait!! I'm not ready!" so I hugged him some more and jumped up and down and laughed. So I finally composed myself and he did it again, said okay you stand here and I did, and then as I was squealing into my hands he kneeled down, opened the box, fixed the ring cuz it had slid out of its slot, and looked at me and said "Will you marry me?" Well at least I think that's what he said, i really don't remember exactly. And then I said something like "Of course!!" So we hugged and he put it on my finger and we took some pictures. It was awesome!! Oh, and I didn't shed a single tear! Weird, especially for me! So then we went and walked around the temple. It was great. Then we went to Carrabbas for dinner because Quinn had a $50 gift certificate. We spent it all and ate like kings. It was awesome and I couldn't be happier!!<br />Unfortunately the ring was pretty dang tight, so I had it sent off the next day to be resized. I sent it on Thursday and it won't be back till Tuesday night. :( I miss it. But I'll post some pictures so you can see it. Oh, and out date is set for June 11th!! That's way soon, but we wanted to do it before my brother leaves for his mission on the 23rd. So mark your calendars!!<br /><br /><br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDWvL4_6lRL7FcNvZ87Vrt-wjHDEHR63rjQcrwk9HVhRb9sCplT5ME4AWREPMCjLMvPiZMImqnqW_MCfDOvls_V49s-DIn8qEz2tpeVfB2UbJcWt5d18I4VCZvAE-d2J4LJdYr3GvIYNeY/s1600/P1080810.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDWvL4_6lRL7FcNvZ87Vrt-wjHDEHR63rjQcrwk9HVhRb9sCplT5ME4AWREPMCjLMvPiZMImqnqW_MCfDOvls_V49s-DIn8qEz2tpeVfB2UbJcWt5d18I4VCZvAE-d2J4LJdYr3GvIYNeY/s320/P1080810.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453959865099709538" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXtaAn1uoKdH5YjdWUxG5676G-LiZa7s06V0K22mZPp-lV-Nq4jCOLtF8t6mwt89IhcCNfjlW9JdKfetfRhou7OyWbIL6L147lOuRqLKjTiqxzh8VUabQFzlXN1aZZcWnJLxc7a8V3VR-C/s1600/P1080808.JPG"><br /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpZYS3TaOxiTSYYXeqiUgbqr8vO0xakmDGsLMiwXVWsO31iyFCEkegJEOrOUgfLF4WFkef9517lgt4TV1h9BofjZ1BO9ct2getEKvBFd7mYfmeYmJDc2etXK4YuqSyPqM74gJr7Zd57MtC/s1600/P1080804.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpZYS3TaOxiTSYYXeqiUgbqr8vO0xakmDGsLMiwXVWsO31iyFCEkegJEOrOUgfLF4WFkef9517lgt4TV1h9BofjZ1BO9ct2getEKvBFd7mYfmeYmJDc2etXK4YuqSyPqM74gJr7Zd57MtC/s320/P1080804.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453959846713636850" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-8ezbuV2b42hDrWsWx4paaY3nuszjF-soN_tGnqAqARxLeQUeTt1yPIkiBFgtllI2Kj5RSG77MrjFKWa-o2mWrBmpYI0QxDAtGRhllJuqt6aF-lSmW-Qon8HI7_C04sQxRZ8nc_fx_qal/s1600/P1080803.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-8ezbuV2b42hDrWsWx4paaY3nuszjF-soN_tGnqAqARxLeQUeTt1yPIkiBFgtllI2Kj5RSG77MrjFKWa-o2mWrBmpYI0QxDAtGRhllJuqt6aF-lSmW-Qon8HI7_C04sQxRZ8nc_fx_qal/s320/P1080803.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453959835993009954" border="0" /></a><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiv4VkYe4qLtcKC_oYlV9cjMGNBvRVSqNt4dt_nyliWQO8X1vCWr9k2q11CeXbDmo68NPk8rwE5Z7Q5Q3ydh7XPUmZL9P5oNbqFK_0gMTZ24vf5x_Wl-jogmNRoEFYNfiqIPEmiPbmBp4js/s1600/P1080797.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiv4VkYe4qLtcKC_oYlV9cjMGNBvRVSqNt4dt_nyliWQO8X1vCWr9k2q11CeXbDmo68NPk8rwE5Z7Q5Q3ydh7XPUmZL9P5oNbqFK_0gMTZ24vf5x_Wl-jogmNRoEFYNfiqIPEmiPbmBp4js/s320/P1080797.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453959827238195378" border="0" /></a>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-53157852730529647262009-08-12T10:24:00.000-07:002009-08-12T10:58:59.330-07:00summer adventure #4: Bear LakeOkay, so I went on this trip a little over a month ago.... but it's better late than never, right? Right. I actually started this blog just a couple days after we got back but never finished it. So here it is, the final finished product. <div><div><div><div><div><div>So, as the title states, trip #4 was to bear lake with my family. My entire immediate family. I don't even remember the last time my whole family was together for a vacation, it's been sooooo long. So it was pretty much awesome that we were all able to be there. There were 13 of us that went and we had 2 trailers, 2 tents, and 2 waverunners. It was a blast. We stayed at the KOA there at Bear Lake, and we got to go to the lake almost every day. We took the wave runners and alot of chairs and lunches and chilled there at the lake. We also played horseshoes at the campground a few times, and we went on a ride in some sweet multi-pedaler cart/wagon/train deals. It was a blast! It was a fun trip with the whole family, hopefully the first of many to come! Here are a couple pictures. Oh, and I don't know how to make it so when you click on the picture it enlarges it.... anyone know how I do that? Chels? Em? Anyone? Help?</div><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 134px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5369134537398830754" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgpIGXRJs7TmnhYS0kiine6yOV509F2mEAkb6wP5ZSpPhmwGMp6FpZssCpF07tz68b2os1PexUnhR5toqOsQltcuX_EqehRnk1TdG3hCVj9DfCj8-wCjcCJVXoYkAwOvKwRxxXTOdydcQcp/s200/100_1496.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 134px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5369134547765007266" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjBks19BDVz1nBLR_5dUXi7eEx6vOB2UdojHTu8GABOgamLG3ZRPiM9yFfATKMKJgypA4rJbmQQ9m9asdwHYkreqeiAv9lYAQHK33Xu_qJMQNfDlC50W4x19TL3Y-JcaVf14L4M9TU-WLe/s200/100_1509.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 134px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5369134570671935538" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEju8nba-nZ0qITEN7cKZ_oYlLL-yZZ0nts4nRYO9t6N7mTKmr2rRPWl8kn_iudC5BVMLfRcYMddqOyint2O8eXOtMIkPO6pSCd7naLoHwhv-uZsJZrQVS233SIoYuqpTxc_3UHjCrHEqdej/s200/100_1515.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 134px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5369134556652214786" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEga8Iu-AoKIEY5LUkZwKGdvY6friNhYaPKyiP9Epi26Vj_bmPBZ41m1rY-frRRjcddxudL5BDuhAIJcNt1O1Ip4NpixrFaW_HQVjYTDoghncZWei2bwn5pSysb8HJ7a6Pq-GmkpSqLCwT79/s200/100_1513.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 134px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5369135318867506898" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3jSCitf58BFnisCmqyU9N3_kQANmAd8VYZFDp4DckQNoX1Eq05Bn4rs7Qhn0o1vsXWhEv_fQEpjgVXad_KFN5szvVTVBkxvX56zXYUmHjGqOQxxsbdn6NKY36icnFRvEzy0BYBFuWbEZ3/s200/100_1519.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 134px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5369135326979834562" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEfReSrhNmZyIZIKjKWSp051kflftTns1gXvfc-fbaIzC1FiJXmckFxvnXXbD-nzVpG24D3weD4gxCO54LbLbmWxDc8Uu3saXh9EFR8mcGfVj_b1fafAPXlHdheYSJfltrh3DrIE2Mshjp/s200/100_1521.JPG" /></div></div></div></div></div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-10255641916725611182009-07-04T10:53:00.000-07:002009-08-12T11:00:00.551-07:00summer adventure #3: ArizonaOn to the next trip. This time I went with Quinn, his brother, and his sister-in-law again. Quinn's sister-in-law's dad (she's got all the hookups) has a way nice house outside of Scottsdale, AZ, so we got to go and stay there for a few days. It's a way pretty house in a community with a pool and like 6 golf courses and what not. So we chilled at the pool for a couple days and went to the driving range and had good food and went to the Diamondbacks vs. Angels game. It was great, and there were even fireworks after! Then we drove to the trail head of Havasupai and slept in the parking lot. We got there at about 2am and had to get up at 4am, so we didn't get much sleep to say the least. And here is where the real journey begins. There were 8 of us that went. So we all got together and got our packs and all our gear and headed down the trail. It's an 8 mile hike to Supai village and another 2 miles to the campground. So we finally made it to the campground (though I was ready to be done when we got to the village) and set up camp. Then it was straight to the falls!! Havasu Falls are so so pretty, and the pool at the bottom is just like a swimming pool. The water is AMAZING and a blue-ish green color because of all the lime in it. So we pretty much just chilled by the falls and took a long nap the first day we got there. The next day we hiked to Moonie Falls. It was way sweet hiking down to them, because you have to hike through the rocks and descend with ropes and chains because it's really steep. Then it was back to Havasu Falls for more swimming and naps. Later that night me and Quinn hiked over to Rock Falls. These falls are new because there was a huge flash flood last year that wiped out the old falls (Navajo), and they have been replaced with these. There was a place where you could climb behind the waterfall and jump through it into the river. It was way fun and the perfect temperature at dusk. Then the next day we had to wake up at 3:30am and start hiking out so we could beat the heat. The hike out was nice because we put our big packs on a mule and had the mule hike it out, so all we had was our camelbaks. It wasn't too bad.... except for the wretched switchbacks at the very end. I thought I was going to have a stroke haha. They were horrible!! But I finally made it to the top. We made it to the top at 9am, so it took us about 4-4.5 hours to get out. Then we had to wait for the mule to come with our packs, and then the long 8 (9?) hour drive home. We were exhausted when we finally made it home, but we made it!! And we had a blast!! <div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 134px; The time where you get to forget all your problems and drive 14 long hours and stay in a house in St. George and then get to the beautiful house in Mexico and lay on the beach and go swimming and ride the 4-wheelers and get sunburned and see dozens of dolphins and ride the waverunners and go fishing and eat great food and have the missionaries over for dinner and do service for the members and shop and have a great time for a week. <div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Yeah, I like this time of year.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 221px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 145px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354661801161614946" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj8Dr5bMVt3IQVo3tG2asJKAMyubxTUsy1ZMQwwHHGcRhd3SNSpJrEvuUaig8ckUZe8OIm2RIUU1ubxwh2HnbXPaKKX30ZKyg1by2ejOvXD88fc7FuptZT1ctgZgpM7xOGtvcibREpxMY7/s200/100_1427.JPG" /></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 134px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354661805986235954" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvin0UKMaQEB4du_lsNxzCFwpmB3XbxpPKnxp9AUtqi5NPrBdHrFzDCH_LH_NtGY7U63QilF5lTqzi4Azt_uB0gZ-1YT7C8J7FSB0xd5o-Je0G5Sg0W7LnWoKFlbyC4GVYY0cRtPh1Xi46/s200/100_1430.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 134px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354661810622499234" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdV9IGQU8btRdg8ybMNCxtsmNhcTqtq0_h_WHOW8WfjNt4t_uI7bjk1X9dEbiIK0gZie6Q6QsmozmwVLXjS8m_m6leaTTX0iDsqiZC0BnhoOA7nq0AbzEICoijx8aO1Phc6FUEB6js2FTz/s200/100_1434.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354661818885361298" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjk_T6onqxrrKeIlaKSmIvUtEGB2XTfOU0uEedosk6vji48HlPIrFSVppeLEAwI7jSRGo_iti8ItWnATJBXP8jE2cMJiIWorLN-pwYTqi9mhWyrVF_pALQZaKrpUUMT2u-bOGRuRivshncb/s200/P1080147.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354661823713295842" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrI3RJhIZN3OJF-IsrV3Zf3KDv6rD46wQL1Ft5d8At5Dd4xgny0b9vZSLXInRFKhZtX0bvKTPLx-pLTXYrN9O394BKIqdx4dYHiyZuJPpOk5O_s3-dHh_Rf6tzJl5V1iU3Rm24eBrtkzE6/s200/P1080138.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354663484342870962" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgHkVywjMNrE9wnk6-meUunK0BYG-KGdOu2KasjZ321SAULo0_AWw5dXz0xyGl_sqennSAAuJy72ikKx0TJlxMoyMVui1h1kfao11uXyMNdhNnB4BmVRa5MmQif72iwNMRMAf6odma5ltAG/s200/P1080193.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 112px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354663490245139250" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjh47v3EgfoszRf7h60j6w-zJbNKJgzVni3nZiWfnoxXDwbfoqtLKftAppShn1uJPBNmuSwuH0Ry46rLdwLzW977-CScybSY9HkvEw-fNiDonSkQotjoo60xKE699xey86jD7UfnTt5IOGH/s200/P1080118.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 150px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354663498175997954" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSiWR2jUP_H-VxUQzrCKZIPOh-tFV6PVhTnfU7FN1Ym3q22_pW1leJ3KZq-7Gj18prtc4BTaYwOtOs3VcXJ32kcMz7-MPCTyft7fcZ2anPyqMvpvJScb-J7ofNQUjVl5hG-2nIQl4guoM5/s200/P1080185.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354663501090678258" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvfswP_vzGYMZ9TiN1W1Za_w298IbcND5Np8qz1J-ONL-hQ1wEcB2yVCgEfmefSQnaYdXCDyrC_HtZ993M-ghExQ8M0CUbvNhoRa9pn_-jrpnb3jBmPOYEEOW0WAJOxP5Lg6Xl1lxWBaeO/s200/P1080225.JPG" />Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-28728571835508983932009-06-22T13:14:00.000-07:002009-08-12T11:00:43.561-07:00summer adventure #1: the subwaySo.... i know it's been forever since i blogged last. But oh well, i'm over it. So here's what i've been up to lately. At the end of May I went down to Saint George with Quinn and his brother and sister-in-law and about 7 other people. We stayed in Quinn's sister-in-law's grandparent's house down there (that made sense, i promise). The first day we went to Crawdad Canyon and did some climbing, which was way fun. Then that night we went into Vegas for a few hours. My friend put $2 in a machine and ended up winning like $75, lucky duck. We didn't get home from Vegas till about 3am, so the next day we just slept in and chilled at the house. Then the next day we got up and drove to Zion National Park to hike the subway. It was awesome. We had to swim through the frigid river that ran through the bottom of the canyon. And I mean we had to SWIM through it. Not just wade. And it was bloody cold. We also had to rappel down a few places. It was awesome. All except for the switchbacks at the end. Those were simply horrible. They were straight up! But all in all it was a splendid little adventure. Here are some pics:<br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 210px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 159px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354652734746793554" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTkINqVm9qQaASwDHIuPfmh935Oqj6q9zEv87MsuTCSiOHDKtaEgfukcxfgU3b1JB2C8un1EOrfhAvykamqAO5LGMNsDY3zzPe2PF-4Bx5I0ovsUag-UAECjawYvAED7otZy1C02N6AwmZ/s200/P1080030.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354654673544654322" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiLrFeliuYZ0Cb7zaw9KDx8TzMgYYU7Ve9oFhBdW9mI6X_CWzI2y9l5DYuDyachK2pqqDnNNTTaZegJZwj64mnd_yM4SpRRD9f7rJTqzVaw_mPvpVirNNe-z-Afq9aphnnhaSIpZoJC1tim/s200/P1080081.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354654664402022482" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTx8y57mh2lvbCZBJAzZazxeTrwov5g2x9CADVDpapD8apFF0MbCIatXK2NhFdAe-5tm7RO1YIxu73KufMH9RMlDDTx4vazCNk26ITYECQH2HaIv4i-3KDqfH1zkDilrSUiEX5X_fmVk3F/s200/P1080061.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354654659638139026" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6D3Y7RXza00wh0G_WVb66WK1hqWxkBtyQIdpBVzI8RWUblJE6XmX39xxgv5JNAea18n4V9eiTqAvOp2RD-gxY0iH55zq-m37rwxoUJyUbaO2OEvdDCW3Hz9xceS3RgCAVq-5mrxUdBHgV/s200/P1080059.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354654650301357698" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjLO1OyUYeRj5NrauRAQfpOBvECvdMFJOfoITdFz_wQxSb_S349BZIUZSkiJ1NIIfo0GczxKBUW7Xv3z8YI88UbgLRvy5mS659xZv5XZ8JWSl8Xy7_7Ct6u97c8VJAw-59vf7G9G6psl0pm/s200/P1080049.JPG" /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354656103823693986" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2iTD_y98FCuXPd8ong2vBdBjS5jqkfRBd0a9xJHzAmN5OPwrhZUDU1a8Wp1i0UfpynuMCveasFUwZM5kgQZjjxoCZrX5291gnCUcsfLXSHTSc5xJiOcedcAHgSW9OoZeh3ht6CWO1PezH/s200/P1080094.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354656093557237810" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiQ-DumiIhwYxhyphenhyphenjAv5MwfFjgvlZiLjSBuKKsKxgwEBiVo80WhUnW1L_Xm611hiqOgksRT-jiQv0EmN-ZgQZ8qauIfiXmBB-yLsYiDzTxoJO9heRy4xpH4V1PDRSz4E7a83oqvLUqH22Xrv/s200/P1080091.JPG" />Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-58068323997438105132009-04-16T17:29:00.000-07:002009-04-16T17:33:28.764-07:00What's the point...So I think part of the reason why I don't post as often as I should is because I have no motivation. If I felt that people read my blog and it was actually worth the time it takes to post stuff then I think I would more often. But you see I never get any comments or anything so I figure that people don't read it anyway, so why post?? So if what I think is true, then no one will read this and I shall know the answer. If this for some reason happens to be false, then I think that y'all should COMMENT ON MY BLOG so that I feel I have a reason to do it!! Okay that is all sanks peace outAubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-91264621379788835482009-04-16T17:00:00.000-07:002009-04-16T17:29:38.326-07:00Good TimesLook look!! A new blog post!! I know i know, you are all stoked. So.... I guess it's update time. Let's see.... hmmm...... uh..... okay it looks like this is gonna be a little harder than I originally thought. Well... it's the end of the semester.... always stressful, but I don't really want to talk about school. It's monotonous and unexciting. So I shall fill you in on the rest of my life. Which I can't say will be much more exciting than hearing about school. Oh wait I have a good story!! Okay so this year I didn't do much for spring break, because my friends either had work or they had a different spring break than me. But we did get a group together to go out to the west desert to have a bonfire and camp out for a night. So we got everyone together and loaded up with the gear and the overnight supplies and some looted pallets for the fire, and headed out into the sunset. There were about 8 of us that went. We loaded some of my friend's toys, like the pit bike and the four-wheeler and a dirt bike to take with us. So we got up there and unloaded the equipment and started playing around on the stuff and playing catch and stuff, but it was so so windy so we moved to where we had more cover. We had some saw horses that we brought to burn so we set them out and stacked a TON of scrap wood and pallets and what not on them and tried to start it on fire. It took a while for us to finally get it going, and when it got going it was BIG. Like seriously huge. And the wind was still crazy so we had to keep our eyes peeled to make sure nothing caught on fire (though there wasn't much to worry about catching on fire). We separated a couple pieces of wood out so that we could roast our hot dogs. Then, as the fire was starting to burn down, we saw a police car with its lights on coming towards us. Great. This can't be good. We figured they were coming to tell us to put out the fire, so we all said "Quick!! Hurry and roast the hot dogs before we have to put out the fire!!" So we shoved 4 hot dogs on each stick and stuck them in the fire, and the boys went to talk to the Sheriff. When they came back they told us that the Sheriff had said that there were 4 fire trucks on the way to put out the fire, but they had 3 of them turn around. So a couple minutes later the fire truck shows up and starts hosing down our fire, while we are huddled around the little fire trying to finish roasting our hot dogs (they were gonna put out the small one too). So we finished our hot dogs and they put out the little fire, and then it was over. But before they left I asked to get some pictures with the firemen. So here they are:<br /><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325449979692522530" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 241px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 161px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1V3ma2WuY8Hearh1RK49zAqBNYD0ub7xSlTcgUS9BVm3maSaEIIdq6qtRIGFlahu1WsUXupDQzPfhvmm4PpmpAM0V4LLzau5mSvJoKE0eZVMD5jJ7D-dGLPQ4b1WSQBbmuXowMcnA0E1l/s200/100_1389.JPG" border="0" /></div><br /><p> </p><p> </p><p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325450230716985106" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 280px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 192px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCm_aJ515h4o_Mx8salB5bcwKuhGW-VyRMeRTbZBC79B7xBudsS_luK0DnS4dWZNbfAXZk0orGvAl3qe5Og1z9G4hz97QK9h_bywZoVqBWcP9mEgVkguUT26d6HZGKd_VKln-yiqUwNt_b/s200/100_1391.JPG" border="0" /></p><p> </p><p> Yeah so it was pretty much fun. So after that we decided to not stay the night, after all. But even though we didn't get to camp out and it was super windy and the firemen extinguished our fire, it was still really fun. The end.</p>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-29458673674165061742009-03-06T10:19:00.000-08:002009-03-06T18:27:03.897-08:00Happy Now??<div align="left">So i've been getting alot of crap from people about me not posting on my blog. Don't you people realize that some of us just simply aren't that interesting and therefore try to spare the general population from hearing about our lame and monotonous lives?? Geez. I was just trying to do y'all a favor.<br /></div><div align="left"></div><div align="left">But since most of you i'm sure have marked me as "presumed dead", i've decided to prove that i am indeed alive and kicking. Somewhat. I have had the flu the past week (ish), and it has sucked. Being sick is no bueno. But i am feeling a bit better and am hoping that means I am on the road to recovery. So that's kinda all that's been going on. I am on this fruit kick for some reason. Yesterday I bought a gallon of orange juice and a skillion green grapes and some fruit bars. Mmmmm. I originally went to the store with the intention of buying chocolate ice cream and cookies and ended up getting healthy stuff. What the crap. It was pretty funny I got the fruit bars instead of the super fudge brownie chocolate ice cream, and I said to Quinn "I don't need chocolate." He gave me a weird look and whipped out his phone and pushed record and said "could you please say that again" so i did and then he added "today is March 5th, 2009, 10:15 pm, and that was Aubrey Frandsen." It was pretty funny, because that seriously never happens. I guess it was the fact that i'm sick and my body is all messed up. Made me loopy.</div><div align="left"></div><div align="left">Hmmmm..... what else has happened... not alot. Hard core. I already posted a blog today, but that was before the crap hit the fan. Let me fill you in on what happened. So today started out kinda sucky because I woke up late and slept through a couple of my classes. But that's not a huge deal. So I just chilled and did some reading and showered and what not. Then it was time to go to the school to watch a movie for my film class, so I went out to the parking lot. I was walking toward my truck, then I realized that my truck wasn't there. I stopped in my tracks and thought, what the freaking crap. Where the bloody fetch is my truck. So i'm thinking either it was towed or it's been stolen. Either way, i'm screwed. So I went back to my apartment to try and find a number for the towing place so I could call and find out if it's been towed. But why would have it been towed? I parked in a parking spot... I think... bah. I don't remember. It had to have been a spot, there was another car just right across from me. Whatever, I just need to find my truck. So I call a few numbers and finally find the right one. Yes, they have my truck at the towing yard and it'll cost me $120 to get it back. Peachy. I'll just teleport over there and hand over a billion dollars. Well i'm in no rush at this point, there's no way i'll make it to the movie now. So I decide to wait a bit until I figure out how i'm gonna get there. I know, I thought, i'll print off my new and improved school schedule for this semester, now that i've finally got all my classes figured out. So I go to print it off, and guess what I find on my printer, hiding under a shirt. My debit card. My debit card that I lost last Saturday. Sweet! I should be happy, right? Wrong. Problem is, I called the credit card company and had them block the card and went to the bank and ordered a new one. I did this just yesterday. So now I have a useless debit card. Luckily when I went to the bank I got a couple hundred dollars worth of cash to pay for stuff while my new card was being shipped. So now I can at least pay the dirtbags that towed my truck. So my truck is towed, I found my newly cancelled debit card, I missed the movie for my class, and on top of that I have a headache and a toothache. I think the headache might be caused from the toothache. Plus, I don't get to see Quinn today because he is staying the night in Salt Lake because he has a late class tonight. And my backpack is in my truck, so I can't do any of my homework. And I don't have a ride to go get my truck. Boo. So that was my day. I hope all y'all's was better than mine. Peace out and wish me luck!Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-51059490547502264582009-01-20T14:08:00.000-08:002009-01-22T15:10:04.151-08:00THE QUINN!!! and stuff.Okay so... I suck at blogging. I always forget about it... and then when I remember that I have a blog and should probably update it, I can never think of anything to say. So my siser suggested that I talk about my boyfriend, and when anyone asks about him I can say "go read my blog." So here go<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjL8tshhJiEDvk6ukbxd-29v7hke772YZe-t4GVjTv5PfM-PH3s7mPh6XTMINLpcN_aw0GiRg6MHu3EtOpwRnLBwfeQqMBgbz0SeHVYGVfN2Uj5373QLircyl1XHOda9IKgqrPyUuQ81zxS/s1600-h/061.JPG"></a>es. His name is Quinn Shelton. He's 22 and lives in American Fork. He returned in August from serving a mission in McAllen, Texas (Spanish and English speaking). He goes to the U of U, he hasn't declared a major but is leaning towards something in the medical field. He is exactly 2 years and one day older than me. We went to the same high school and had some mutual friends, and we had hung out a couple times a few years ago, but that's it. Then one day in October I went to an Institute dance with some friends and we saw him and his friends (who were my friends as well) and we went to Denny's with them. So Quinn and I started talking and I realized that his brother is Judd, who used to date my sister. Kinda. So we kept talking and I got HIS number (I did all the work in this relationship). So after that we kept talking and hanging out and what not, and the rest is history. We've now been dating for 3 months. Here are a couple random pictures:<br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgROIdAAhjRKgLgbP_Y3cAsUymvbHk5g0HgviNW-9lpKSgAga2TABih5ehwkf6cL5yb3JPipF6n61CJOrdQsSwN3Qn2X445NDikdNGdZs09FbgdT6BtLJOxjl06qNKbvtjO6cxVxe_Wt3Y0/s1600-h/049.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5294255097368644194" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 150px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 200px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgROIdAAhjRKgLgbP_Y3cAsUymvbHk5g0HgviNW-9lpKSgAga2TABih5ehwkf6cL5yb3JPipF6n61CJOrdQsSwN3Qn2X445NDikdNGdZs09FbgdT6BtLJOxjl06qNKbvtjO6cxVxe_Wt3Y0/s200/049.JPG" border="0" /></a><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5294259125714084802" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQoORHcTyeZeLc4SN7zIUu8Mu4mDY7pWRx_38bgJ3Ei0JIGs8a0UEfrGsTF01ZewjEBaEOZdMiQhJ3xYk7PRrwVhqQ9_1QRW7GjJy5OcEFGPYk2rkICS3yrtVglye2JoKsOl4d4gc99Gcg/s200/061.JPG" border="0" /></div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-48295474623918096902009-01-01T14:44:00.000-08:002009-01-01T15:09:34.760-08:00Ho Ho Ho and.... stuff.<div>So I know I haven't posted in quite a while.... I simply never have anything interesting to say. But I decided as part of my new year's resolutions I would try and post more. Well to start out I would just like to say that I had a fabulous Christmas and new years. I absolutely loved being with my family and loved ones. I had a blast. and my cousin Mckay came home a couple days before Christmas so I got to see him on Christmas. He is the same age as me, and he and some other people from my grade are all home from their missions.... It makes me feel so old. But oh well, life moves on and people grow up. and i'm happy, so that's all that matters! Well anyway, I thought for my sake I would do a little "year in review" of major things that have happened in my life this year.<br /><br />1. moved from Salt Lake to American Fork and then to Orem, where I currently reside<br />2. picked a major (deaf studies)<br />3. made lots of new friendships<br />4. went to Mexico a couple times<br />5. saw many friends get married and/or have babies<br />6. became an aunt/second cousin/godmother :)<br />7. had a couple crappy yet educational relationships and one amazing one (so far... ha)<br />8. had many friends and relatives leave for or come home from missions<br />9. learned a great many things about myself<br />10. hmm.... not sure. I know there are some more major things... but I simply can't think of them.<br /><br />So 2008 was a pretty good year, but I think 2009 will be even better. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for me!!! I hope you all had a great 2008 as well! I love you all!!</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>my new nephew- he barely made it into 2008</div><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5286466327519727810" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 160px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhQUsBXh_JNqZoubsqAPqVcZJxKdlt9sw_Ge__AQ1f75LDBmUWMK401yTjxbm7m67-uI1R8SIh7D20BqZHVUuLDzCV05buY55_6DSwiiSgmLCN9as0Ec5oGz4D2GxVsId4JkvV5zixlMHFu/s200/IMAGE_244.jpg" border="0" /></div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-66355135125088028502008-12-06T15:10:00.000-08:002008-12-06T16:37:26.601-08:00eight, mateYay for getting tagged...<br /><br />8 TV Shows I Like....<br />1. That was very unfair of me to forget about it and not give it the same attention as my new backpack. So here are some pictures of my old backpack!<br /><br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOU7dn2LCwfnZ_bZP5VJfmgY9T3wjkrbhwyt8bYFUabO11dRXqBPesNlGeJZyVCO-LEe_Cmc4GiyoLLQl4TqiseRckrEK-VGtgq49AaYhEZNnhkO0q3Tr7igykNLxB-u1DjqTUrKGnfKet/s1600-h/100_1291.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5275674480112781810" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 134px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOU7dn2LCwfnZ_bZP5VJfmgY9T3wjkrbhwyt8bYFUabO11dRXqBPesNlGeJZyVCO-LEe_Cmc4GiyoLLQl4TqiseRckrEK-VGtgq49AaYhEZNnhkO0q3Tr7igykNLxB-u1DjqTUrKGnfKet/s200/100_1291.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEobx7BL34Q5JAhq7KrHnxQpIWxpxRw-THF6cSFfNsvBJFfU84pI0slpTKg59cAKdQxHXTtTVZ_dSJb1RB1kGsvt4crXCEsI4SFf5RplVOJnxtTfAP__g6ndS_Jofct8ORWmi2DDwSuHIA/s1600-h/100_1292.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5275674647340910530" style="FLOAT: right; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 134px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 200px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEobx7BL34Q5JAhq7KrHnxQpIWxpxRw-THF6cSFfNsvBJFfU84pI0slpTKg59cAKdQxHXTtTVZ_dSJb1RB1kGsvt4crXCEsI4SFf5RplVOJnxtTfAP__g6ndS_Jofct8ORWmi2DDwSuHIA/s200/100_1292.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />That is my teddy bear "Bear" in the picture with my old backpack. It has served me well, I got it in Hawaii and it has been around the world with me. I take it camping, to other countries, and of course to school. But I guess all the usage has started to take it's toll on the poor thing. My backpack is all faded and ripped and stained now. So I decided that it had led a faithful and successful life and was time to retire. And I got a new backpack! I got it for a way good deal at the mall. I'm pretty excited. It is blue and plaid and spiffy. See look:<br /><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273205355780696610" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 134px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 200px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMX35X12VnqywLy5NXMO2gMACsACAQX34xpScB7mxNPYIta17o1nOcFMZzh6SguqTSR8rV2yOigDJ2psWfZ75izJPwD67tdSm8ZGm74FCrOjBR2khcaed3w1TEgm6CrAZwWEXb2LAfHAvX/s200/1082.JPG" border="0" /></div><br /><p>and here's a side view:</p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273206177627263794" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 134px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 200px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9yO802QlI4U2e7chJRa5MQQ3LG4whzijvghXiUKvDNuMdnMrzrXAz1XzEL0Pu1q82Cnjv9m1OSAorL_9kDsMww9C8YBnUImSEFEiUnHbMRdWSPP3fN5h81ighvqm1X4e_-KNx88uJhnvE/s200/1083.JPG" border="0" /><br /><p>Isn't it freaking SWEET!!! I like it alot. It still needs to be broken in, but i'm sure that won't take long. I feel a little bad banishing my old backback and getting a new one. My old backpack probably feels like Woody did when Andy got Buzz. But what can you do, sometimes change is necessary. So if you see a weird girl around wearing a TIGHT backpack, give me a shout! Yeah yeah!!</p>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-47372713847458899472008-11-26T18:33:00.000-08:002008-11-26T19:48:10.462-08:00Well That's Odd...<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqI5dIHjZdi29TDMNgqpZjvPDj32qMVgsu_VpzeGaCx0DRChXxFLBz-05UM5MQmuX2lKg1mOXsA979fgYQoN9H4WkpZ2pbyshsFlpREjlseRAjzUEm-dbLgv-4uMXW0OYG-4Ez4c_zjqJc/s1600-h/cartoon.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273179089503766514" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 175px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 200px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqI5dIHjZdi29TDMNgqpZjvPDj32qMVgsu_VpzeGaCx0DRChXxFLBz-05UM5MQmuX2lKg1mOXsA979fgYQoN9H4WkpZ2pbyshsFlpREjlseRAjzUEm-dbLgv-4uMXW0OYG-4Ez4c_zjqJc/s200/cartoon.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div>I have recently been noticing and thinking of weird things/quirks that i have/do. Here is what i have come up with so far:<br />1. I always pick off my mascara when i am bored and/or nervous.<br />2. I never turn on my headlights when other cars are in sight. I don't know why, it's just odd. NO ONE CAN SEE ME TURN ON MY HEADLIGHTS!!!<br />3. I give nicknames to everyone. it just happens. i have no control over it, i guess my brain just thinks that i am more qualified and awesome than your parents, so i should get to name you.<br />4. I use /slashes/ alot. and they are read "slash". example: it's not read "quirks that I have or do", it's read "quirks that i have slash do".<br />5. I have to have chocolate after every meal. I feel incomplete if I don't. it's like the feeling you get when you leave one of your kids at the gas station on accident and you don't know why you have this weird feeling in your gut. not that i really know what that feeling is like; i don't have kids. but i'm pretty sure it is something close to the feeling i have when i don't have chocolate.<br />6. I open my mouth wide and stick out my tongue when i'm excited. or so i'm told. I never knew that i did that until one of my roommates told me i did. maybe i actually don't, maybe she made it up. who knows.<br />7. I hate feet. I'm okay with my own, but no one but me is allowed to touch them. and you dang well better keep your rotten feet to yourself.<br />8. Despite the fact that i despise feet, I can't stand it when my toenails aren't painted. my feet just look extra fugly when they're not. so i am vigilant in keeping them aesthetically pleasing by applying polish.<br />9. I am a movie addict. I own about 140 movies (give or take), and it never seems enough. I pretty much don't go a day without watching a movie. well i don't always WATCH the movie, sometimes i just put one in while doing my hair or painting my fugly toenails, or i put one in and then fall asleep ten minutes later. but I love movies. and I buy them all the time. I need to be stopped.<br />10. I am also addicted to otter pops. i eat about 10 a day. mmmm..... they are the staple of my diet.<br />11. so i don't know if the last two qualify as quirks.... back on topic. I hiccup. those of you who know me also know my spastic diaphragm just as well. it's not so much a hiccup as a deafening gasp for air. or something. it is hard to find the words to describe it.<br />12. Lately I have been talking in this stupid "english" accent. I just put this odd inflection in my voice at the end of my questions. it's quite annoying, and i wish i could stop. it gets aggravating. So sorry everyone for the obnoxious accent thingy.<br />13. I make faces. odd ones. my roommates call me "clay face" because i can contort my face into inhuman forms. sometimes they just bust out randomly, like when i'm shocked or excited, or a myriad of other emotions.<br />14. When i do my makeup, i ALWAYS get mascara all over my face. every time. without fail. i look like a racoon. or a leper.<br />15. I always sleep with my teddy bear. once again, i feel incomplete without him.<br />16. um.... that's about it. I can't think of anything else. Let me know if you think of anything!!</div><br /><div></div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-55034003770694037442008-11-12T12:29:00.000-08:002008-11-12T14:46:15.083-08:00Sasparilla<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzxcb1Tx_YcvWngALBvy9N_J5FzDMl7fTlYftcvSwEAdoyDyDgmI29dC89L8Zm1pL8Y2Wl1P08Fz1oGwmgD2L20enOK7VZBKYviAqe5UB9KlPhz_OzYhNoNHAOQmCnEU-FUKZB2VTsQ2wZ/s1600-h/slap.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5267905977389803570" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 148px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzxcb1Tx_YcvWngALBvy9N_J5FzDMl7fTlYftcvSwEAdoyDyDgmI29dC89L8Zm1pL8Y2Wl1P08Fz1oGwmgD2L20enOK7VZBKYviAqe5UB9KlPhz_OzYhNoNHAOQmCnEU-FUKZB2VTsQ2wZ/s200/slap.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div>Sooo.... I'm a jerk. yep. So most of you know that i am a pretty sarcastic and sassy person. But lately I've been noticing it alot more than usual. I don't know if it's because it is getting more intense and dominant in my personality, or if it's just because i've noticed more people have been pointing it out to me. Or both. But regardless of the why's and how's, it's true. I shall give an example. So when i was doing Sleepy Hollow there was a guy there that came like every night and volunteered with the harvest festival and stuff, and i talked to him a few times. And yesterday when i was at Wal Mart in Orem i saw him with a couple other guys. I was in the cereal isle contemplating which cereal would most please my palate and I looked over and saw him and was like "Is that that one kid from Sleepy Hollow?" (I said that in my head, not out loud. I think.) and i stood there wondering if I should say something or not. So while i was fighting this battle in my head i overheard a part of their conversation. This part has nothing to do with the fact that i am a jerk, but i thought it was funny so i'm gonna tell you about it. The kid i knew was showing some oatmeal to his fellow friends and he said something like "Dude this is good stuff. See look it says '100 years of excellence' on the box." and then they proceeded to discuss why they should or should not get this particular oatmeal. Then the kid said "well i don't know why they put that on the box, who would want to buy oatmeal that is a hundred years old." i thought it was freaking hilarious and busted up laughing to myself. So i decided i had stood there staring into the abyss for long enough. So i went up to the Sleepy Hollow/oatmeal kid and was like "Hey, weren't you at Sleepy Hollow?" and he was like "yeah.... i was.... uh.... were you in it?" and i said yes and he said "oh yeah! i talked to you a few times huh?" again i responded in the affirmative and he mumbled something about not recognizing me without my costume and my hair up and what not. So we started talking and he introduced me to his friends (one ended up being his brother). So his brother was like "oh I went to Sleepy Hollow too! Who were you again?" and oatmeal kid was like "she was in the choir" and i was like "yep, i was in the choir, my name was Beverly." And then the other dude was like "yeah, I didn't go to Sleepy Hollow, I have no connections at all..." and this is where the sassy me busted out. I was like "oh really? So then why are you even talking right now. Just shut up." Poor sap. He was just standing there minding his own business and the freaking sassy-sasserton had to come and pounce on him. So i realized what i said was freaking so mean and i was like "oh i'm sorry! i don't even know you and i'm being a jerk!! i didn't mean that, i'm sorry." and his friends were laughing at him and he's like "ah i can take it." So that's pretty much the end of my example. But i'm gonna finish the story anyway. So we kept talking and then the brother was like "So, Beverly, are you on facebook?" and i laughed and in my head i was like oh that was clever, he used my character name. But then i realized that he probably thought that was my <em>real</em> name, and i was like sick! my name is not Beverly! (once again, in my head. No offense to anyone named Beverly.) And i said my name is Aubrey. The end. So the moral of the story is I am a sass. But i decided that is probably not going to change anytime soon, mostly because that's who i am.<em> </em>and i don't really care. so deal with it. And my name is Aubrey, <em>not </em>Beverly. That's the other part of the moral. Peace out</div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-88702939830172912842008-11-05T21:56:00.000-08:002008-11-07T12:36:37.828-08:00GAK.<div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMWr8Sl1u4SMuhBiZg_g4RnYaO0TKkwzH5PQYr2wMdPk1OJEhzPjcNJTRO_B9m-TSy6QZF87nSlyVv3u_5ALzAS8WMFmZ7BKLC2yyZaZvWtZuZ52aLfKTFNNhyphenhyphenY2iq2DXVWE4Nvsu04sfe/s1600-h/KensFaceSlimedlrg.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5266014304862108402" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 154px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMWr8Sl1u4SMuhBiZg_g4RnYaO0TKkwzH5PQYr2wMdPk1OJEhzPjcNJTRO_B9m-TSy6QZF87nSlyVv3u_5ALzAS8WMFmZ7BKLC2yyZaZvWtZuZ52aLfKTFNNhyphenhyphenY2iq2DXVWE4Nvsu04sfe/s200/KensFaceSlimedlrg.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><div>So remember that stuff you made when you were a kid that was made out of Elmer's glue and borax detergent and... well i don't know what else. But you would mix it up and it turned into this goop stuff and you could dye it colors and it would get in your hair and all over your clothes and homework and what not? yeah I remember it too. And we used to call it Gak. So pretty much the whole point of that little walk I just took you down memory lane is this: my finger smells like it. yep. my finger smells like Gak. I just bought a new ring at the mall and it is super cute and it was only a buck... but it turned my finger green (which consequently is the color that I used to always dye my Gak) and infested it with the smell of Gak. So at first i thought my finger smelled like sushi (and it did) but now it is unmistakingly Gak. so yeah. weird. and I have had an irresistable urge to make Gak for old time's sake. and to scrub my finger until the end of time.</div><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5266017109766531138" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 160px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzMhypIt3DWR9OPe4PwFVjsdlrcJ7BeLK-f7682ccJFDl92z2s9ZUvQfZVT4XK3xSCseOLbkir3uai93GQ-lbne0cNUzYphBzKZEILZO6HB_FHEo1ArI48tJLEKueG4SYPWGIX0ZsyBH7Y/s200/Photo-0066.jpg" border="0" /></div></div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-44791991880312464752008-11-02T17:31:00.000-08:002008-11-07T12:40:46.185-08:00Halloween and... stuff<div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg5gjPnfIrWLAtjf6kqaYPDHFLa1KqySwDpmJAMlk4dP2BJ093S-SJukJFBijenWcWSHXxJsQ1glZfQVeoBmhJSywfmxUbmUoYoIJcN3-pz9Dfc3gHEcQrZJGbL96gveJX_cexw4PR4M6_1/s1600-h/Photo-0058.jpg"></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh__l-st-csBuWdN6GYhreLzoiONyku3F_n3hIVqngE8esXGyhM1SY6LoioKzSeimnECokIR5yNJGGHgIHNhGzrltwiFPmDZ0_mzW9mdbIj5QCBx_x5H309GucNNuAbPhaIMzMJBD4z4gSr/s1600-h/Photo-0058.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5264248608322033890" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 160px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh__l-st-csBuWdN6GYhreLzoiONyku3F_n3hIVqngE8esXGyhM1SY6LoioKzSeimnECokIR5yNJGGHgIHNhGzrltwiFPmDZ0_mzW9mdbIj5QCBx_x5H309GucNNuAbPhaIMzMJBD4z4gSr/s200/Photo-0058.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div>Yay!! My second post. I think i'm finally figuring out this blog stuff. Too bad it has to be comprable to rocket science. Well anyway so i went to that power tumbling place on wednesday and it was pretty much SO fun. There were ultra-bouncy trampolines and a giant foam pit and blow-up things to play on, we had a blast. I almost died about 10 times. but it was so fun! And i don't even know what else i've done since then. Oh wait!! It was HALLOWEEN!!! haha. Dude i freaking love halloween! I was a zombie, it's like my most favorite thing ever to dress up as. I love seeing people react to my costume, it's classic. I just stare at people with my head tilted and then walk up to them all creepy-like and don't speak and it freaks them right out. love it. So I went to a party that my friends threw, it was tight. We watched The Grudge, which i have to admit was not overly frightening. I was kinda dissapointed. Oh well.</div><br /><div></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5266017796924305314" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 160px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhaUszayhHz64dqirUCEusxo1__o4azY_nVkoRj6MdfzWLKtUk8m-MWq_znRc_PRzKCpNjL4kzgYcsR5XdP4IDq6upAph47b7Ns0jHVryoMqagt8QJiXjTdnqv41ovkvDbp8n5yHKhSQ-Ig/s200/Photo-0048.jpg" border="0" /><br /><div>So for my costume i ratted my hair so freaking insanely ginormous, it was a huge giant rat's nest fro. It was freakin sweet. It was actually a lot bigger than it is in this picture, because this was taken the week before. Anyway, we were out partying and what not so i didn't get to bed till 4am on Halloween, and i had to work the next day. So i fell asleep in my costume and my makeup all night and there were sick black stains and blood marks on my sheets where my face was. So i woke up and washed my face and changed and went to work. I looked like a million bucks. i tried to put my hair up and kind of succeeded, it looked more like a huge fro bun thing than a ponytail, but oh well. then i found out that there was a Sleepy Hollow cast party right after work, so i rushed to that in Lehi. I am the only cast member that isn't married, so people were like "Why didn't you bring a date?" and "It's okay, you can hang out with the kids. The kid table is over there." It was sad. But that's okay. It was fun, we went on hayrides and had food and watched a recording of the show. They had pizza and all kinds of snacks there which was kind of a bummer because I just eaten an <em>entire</em> pizza at work before i went. But i still made room for snacks and dessert haha. And that's about it i think. sorry this is boring but well that's what happens when boring people make blogs. okay peace out</div><br /><div></div></div></div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4850473290225841990.post-38759938965883949452008-10-29T16:11:00.000-07:002008-11-02T17:12:34.249-08:00New Bloggie!!<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1BDSrUiUoLP2GcM_aauzOfYIsXzvP57yIYVmrUMX9Rf72MaJ038QKNZYuqghVuGBoy_ZO1B5iD0q9a7ZokkUVUYR_Ks251IXM1YprH2bJuflED-4mRi6xSu0jAKCBUUIcPS5DN7kvJO1e/s1600-h/blood.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5264232922762606818" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 160px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 200px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1BDSrUiUoLP2GcM_aauzOfYIsXzvP57yIYVmrUMX9Rf72MaJ038QKNZYuqghVuGBoy_ZO1B5iD0q9a7ZokkUVUYR_Ks251IXM1YprH2bJuflED-4mRi6xSu0jAKCBUUIcPS5DN7kvJO1e/s200/blood.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div><div>So....... this is my blog. I don't really know why i am making one... i am not overly interesting or anything... NOT! i'm pretty much awesome. yeah that was a joke. the awesome part. and if you are reading this i don't really know what to tell you except you must be insanely bored right now. or maybe just simply insane. but yeah i am making this because i read other people's blogs and they are somewhat intriguing sometimes... so why not. something to do, right. well i guess i can start out by sharing my day with you... i slept on the short couch last night in my clothes and everything and it was pretty much the most uncomfortable thing of all time, but what what can you do. then i came to school and attempted to work on my english paper before said english class.... but that didn't work out so good. So i was in the computer pod thingy "doing homework" and it was time for class so i logged out of the computer and packed up and left, and while i was walking out i glanced back at my computer to make sure it successfully logged me out, and at that precise moment some dude close to my computer sneezed. and i am disgusted to say that when he did a HUMONGOUS ball of <em>something</em> shot a mile out of his mouth. i kid you not, this thing was as big as a golf ball. well that's what it looked like out of the corner of my eye, anyway. i was and still am so disturbed. ha.... and the same dude is actually here as i am writing this. sicko. yeah so then i went to english and got all stressed out again about all the millions of things i have to do. then i donated blood, which took EONS. so i was talking to the blood sucker man and he said or did something i don't recall and i said "is that a fat joke?" and he looked at me all incredulously-like and said "no! i think you're a little paranoid..." ummmm.... fool. doesn't he know that EVERYTHING is a fat joke. geez, get with the program. Oh and this dude was donating blood and he sat up after donating and was kinda going white and was like "woah." So the phlebotomist lady was like, "are you okay?" and he said "yeah, I just get light-headed really easily." So the lady said "take your time", and right about then the poor sap passed out cold. But it was strange because when he passed out he didn't go all limp and loose like people usually do... he went stiff as a board and his eyes rolled back into his head and he was white as a sheet and his fists were clenched. It was odd. And he started to slip off the chair so the nurse lady ran over and tried to hold him up and keep him from falling, which i'm sure was no easy task because he was like 6'5" or something. Then he came to after much skaking of his body and patting of his face. He looked like he was in shock. it was pretty funny. Oh yeah and then when it was my turn to give blood the lady was like "okay this is the time to look away" and i just kept staring at my arm and she was like "ummm... are you going to look away?" and i said no. so she gave me a weird look and stabbed me. But when she stabbed me all this blood squirted up on my shirt, and she was like "oh I am so sorry!! Let me get something..." and she ran off and fetched some other lady and peroxide and she proceeded to douse me in hydrogen peroxide to try and get the blood off. I was like dude i can just do it myself later but she insisted on doing it herself. Funny. so yeah that was my day up to this point. and tonight i am going to some power-tumbling place with some friends... i'm stoked! and since this whole blog thing is new and neat to me i'll probably be posting things alot, most of which no one but me will ever see.... oh well. it is self-gratifying, that's all that matters right. okay peace out</div></div>Aubreyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08340840300854741924noreply@blogger.com3
